Penny Snyder

Penny Snyder is the Director of Transformational Communications at Clutch Consulting Group, a firm that helps communities across the country reimagine homelessness response. At Clutch, Penny leads communications that elevate the firm as a leader in the sector, partners with communities to tell stories that support housing-based initiatives, and advances policy, planning, and legislative initiatives. Before joining Clutch, Penny built a rich career at the intersection of the arts, community, and public space.
She was the Communications Manager for community-based dance company Forklift Danceworks in Austin, led public relations at the Blanton Museum of Art at UT Austin, and worked in communications at Boston-based urban planning firm Sasaki. Penny holds a Master of Public Affairs from the LBJ School at UT Austin, where she studied collaborative governance and housing policy.
