In the coming year, we will bring enlightening, entertaining, and often provocative programming from the library’s auditorium straight to audiences across the nation through a new broadcast series - “Live from the LBJ Library” – in partnership with PBS. We’ll talk to preeminent thought leaders—historians, authors, journalists, filmmakers, and others—about our history and issues of vital importance to America today.

When he created PBS in 1967, President Johnson said its principal purpose was “to enrich man’s spirit.” In keeping with President Johnson’s vision, we hope “Live from the LBJ Library” will enrich the spirit and engage the minds of viewers. We are fortunate to have a community of donors like you who recognize the importance of keeping President Johnson’s legacy alive. Thank you for making a difference.

Donors who give $2,500 or more will be recognized as season underwriters in the broadcast.
