Deep in the Vaults of Texas: A Campus Collaboration opens at the LBJ Presidential Library on Saturday, April 8. We'll have free admission and souvenirs for all visitors. And as an extra treat, the Longhorn Singers will be performing in our Great Hall at 2 p.m. Join us!

Deep in the Vaults of Texas brings together diverse artifacts from archives, museums, and repositories across The University of Texas at Austin campus. Displayed at the library, the exhibit showcases items from a wide range of time periods and locations and underscores the richness and depth of the university’s holdings – from early Texas arrowheads to Renaissance paintings to Jazz Age memorabilia.

  • Zelda Fitzgerald's ostrich feather fan
  • Tom Landry's hat
  • First dictionary published in the Americas
  • Notes from O. J. Simpson trial
  • Crayon drawings by Caroline and John Kennedy, Jr.

Free parking is available for all visitors in lot #38, located directly off Red River St.
