Legalizing Marijuana: What are the Economic, Social, and Cultural Impacts?

Across the country, states are moving at various speeds to legalize marijuana. Texas has taken a couple of small steps toward allowing limited use of CBD products—with mixed results. Join the LBJ Future Forum to hear where the legalization debate is headed in Texas and how it could affect our economy, our communities, and our political climate.

This program is free and open to the public. Please register online to attend. Doors open at 6 p.m., the conversation is from 6:30-7:30 p.m., and a reception will follow.

Location and Parking
The LBJ Presidential Library is on The University of Texas at Austin campus and located at 2313 Red River St. The program will take place in the library's 10th-floor atrium.

Free parking will be available in the library's visitor lot (#38), entrance directly off Red River Street and flanked by LBJ banners.
