Music runs through the veins of America. Since the nation's inception nearly two and a half centuries ago, music has informed, interpreted, and inspired our national identity.
To celebrate and highlight this remarkable heritage, the LBJ Presidential Library and the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music invite you to Music America: Songs That Shaped Us, a concert on February 15 to celebrate the opening of a new exhibit Music America: Iconic Objects from America's Music History. The exhibit will open on Saturday, February 17, and will be on display through August 11, 2024.
Music America is curated by the Bruce Springsteen Archives & Center for American Music in association with the New Orleans Jazz Museum, Hard Rock International, along with dozens of prominent collectors of American music ephemera.
