Levels and Benefits
Membership contributions to The Friends of the LBJ Library support our popular Evening With series, museum special exhibits and the educational programming we offer to students and educators. Members receive free admission to all thirteen presidential libraries with additional benefits for higher levels. You can click on each level below to see a complete list of benefits. Membership Levels and Benefits
Student
Student $25/year
Must present student ID
- All Museum Member benefits for one, plus:
- Invitations to the Evening With speaker series that bring noted authors, politicians, statesmen, historians, and filmmakers to the Library
Museum
$30/year (does not include Evening With programming)
- Free admission for one to the LBJ Presidential Library’s permanent and special exhibitions
- Free admission for one to all 13 Presidential Libraries
- 10% discount on purchases in The Store at LBJ
- Monthly eNewsletter
- Advance notice of major symposia and other public events
Family Museum
$45/year (does not include Evening With programming)
- All Museum Member benefits for two adults and children under 18 in household
Individual and Individual Seniors
Individual $80/year
Seniors (62 and over) $65/year
- All Museum Member benefits for one, plus:
- Invitations to the Evening With speaker series and receptions that bring noted authors, politicians, statesmen, historians, and filmmakers to the Library
Dual and Dual Senior
Dual $150/year
Senior Dual (62 and over) $120/year
- All Individual membership benefits for two people
Sustaining
$250/year
- All Dual membership benefits, plus:
- Preferred reservation status for Evening With lecture series
- Commemorative Friends of the LBJ Library gift
- Invitations to opening receptions for new exhibitions and select other library events
Fellow
$500/year
- All Sustaining membership benefits, plus:
- Invitation and priority admission to the annual Harry Middleton and Tom Johnson lectures
- VIP guided tour of the library for members and their guests (with advance notice)
Legacy
$1,000/year
- All Fellow membership benefits, plus:
- Reserved seats for two at Evening With programs
- Invitation for two to engage with the feature speakers
Cabinet
$2,500/year
- All Legacy membership benefits, plus:
- Reserved seats for four at each Evening With program
- Reserved seats for four at Harry Middleton and Tom Johnson lectures
