What do new laws mean for young Texans?

On September 1, more than 700 new laws go into effect in Texas. Some have made headlines; others have flown under the radar. How does new legislation in education, health care, energy and the environment, criminal justice and transportation impact young Texans?

In partnership with The Texas Tribune, we'll gather at Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches with Texas Tribune journalists sharing insight on key new legislation and facilitating informal roundtable conversations driven by your questions.

Join us for a drink and share your questions and thoughts on new legislation. There is no fee to attend, and all are welcome. Food and drink will be available for purchase at the venue.

We'll begin our conversation at 6:00 p.m. at Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches, 3220 Manor Road in East Austin. Batch has free surface lot parking.
