The LBJ Presidential Library grounds and fountain

The LBJ Presidential Library will be closed to the public this Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2018, to observe the National Day of Mourning in honor and tribute to the memory of President George H.W. Bush. The library will resume normal hours, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018.

Due to the closure, the following events have also been postponed and have been rescheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018.

Condolence Book
The library invites visitors to remember President George H.W. Bush by signing a condolence book located in the library's lobby. The book will be sent to the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library & Museum.
