The Scoop: On Wednesday, September 26, the LBJ Library and Museum will host an open forum to discuss the recent attacks on New York City and Washington, D.C. A four-member panel will discuss these attacks and their import for America's future. The panel will include Steven Kornguth from the University of Texas' Institute for Advanced Technology; Admiral Bobby Inman, the Lyndon B. Johnson Centennial Chair in National Policy at the LBJ School of Public Affairs; Steven Weinberg, the Josey Professor of Physics at the University of Texas; and Lawrence Wright, the author of The Siege.
The panel will be moderated by University of Texas law professor Philip Bobbitt. The forum will be held in the Atrium on the 8th Floor of the LBJ Library and Museum from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on September 26 and is open to the public.
