Friends of the LBJ Library had the rare opportunity to hear from David and Julie Eisenhower in a program on January 26, 2012. The daughter of Richard Nixon and grandson of Dwight D. Eisenhower shared fascinating memories of life in the White House and post-presidential years. While they didn’t endorse a candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, they offered an assessment of what the American voting public is seeking in 2012. Co-sponsored by the Dolph Briscoe Center for American History.
