Dear Friends,

Happy New Year! 2008 is particularly important to the LBJ Library as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of President Johnson's birth on August 27, 2008. Along with the LBJ School of Public Affairs, LBJ State Park and Historic Site, LBJ National Historical Park, LBJ Foundation, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, and Texas State University - San Marcos, we will be marking LBJ's Centennial year with a series of special events and programs. I encourage you to read more below about how we will honor the man and his impact on Texas, the United States, and the world.

Sincerely,

Betty Sue Flowers
Director
