Screening and Discussion of “All About Ann”

On Wednesday, April 23, the Library co-hosted - along with The Ann Richards School for Young Leaders, The Briscoe Center for American History, HBO, and Time Warner Cable - the Texas premiere of All About Ann: Governor Richards of the Lone Star State. The documentary is a personal look at the life of former Texas governor Ann Richards, a liberal who rose to power in a conservative state, effecting sweeping state reforms while becoming a beloved national icon. It premiered on HBO on April 28.
